Horizon High School Construction

The Horizon High School Construction Project was a large-scale educational development designed to provide a modern, safe, and inspiring learning environment for students and staff.

NorthOak Builders was contracted to deliver a state-of-the-art academic facility that meets current educational standards while ensuring long-term structural durability and operational efficiency.

Scope of Work:

  • Construction of 4 academic wings with 40+ classrooms
  • STEM labs, media center, and computer science rooms
  • Full-size gymnasium and outdoor athletic fields
  • Multi-purpose auditorium and performing arts center
  • Administrative offices and secure campus entry points
  • Eco-friendly systems including solar panels, low-flow plumbing, and LED lighting
  • LEED Silver certification achieved for green building standards

Project Highlights:

  • Completed two months ahead of schedule
  • 20% under budget through strategic material sourcing
  • Safe and efficient construction with zero safety incidents
  • Community engagement through regular site tours and updates
